Did you know that December 3 is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities? This observance was designed to raise awareness about issues relevant to people with disabilities, and the benefits of an inclusive and accessible society. This year's theme is "Inclusion Matters: Access and Empowerment for People of All Abilities."

Accessibility and inclusiveness are especially important as you consider returning to the workplace. Review these resources to learn how observations like this can help empower people with disabilities and promote diversity across the globe:
