Start Your Job Search in March at a Career Fair!

Mar 4, 2015

Throughout the month of March career fairs will take place nationwide. Career fairs are great places to meet with employers and recruiters who can tell you about their latest job openings. Attend a career fair this month and advance your job search!

Diversity Employment Day Career Fairs (In-Person)

Diversity Employment Day Career Fairs provide recruiters access to the United States' largest pool of diverse, multi-cultural and qualified professionals. It is the only career fair that targets and delivers candidates from all classes covered under the Title VII Civil Rights Act of 1964. This includes women, minorities, seniors, lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender (GLBT) people and people with disabilities. The Diversity Career Fairs are held annually in most major cities where the mayor and/or governor proclaim "Diversity Employment Day."

Hiring Our Heroes, a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, helps veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses find meaningful employment. Hiring Our Heroes has hosted more than 560 hiring fairs in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.

Equal Opportunity Publications (In-Person)

Equal Opportunity Publications (EOP) has a Science, Technology and Math (STEM) Diversity Career Expo that brings industry and government together with members of minority groups, women, and people with disabilities in the STEM career field.
