Youth Transitions Collaborative logoJoin us on September 16, 2015, for a national Work Incentives Seminar Event (WISE) webinar: Ticket to Work: Free Employment Support for Young Adults!

The national WISE webinar will present information about Social Security programs and rules that may apply to you, including the Ticket to Work program and Work Incentives, employment supports for young adults with disabilities and more resources.

The Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities has a program that serves as an Employment Network called Bridges from School to Work. The Bridges program works with employers, schools, community resources, youth and their families to help businesses meet their workforce needs. Bridges also offers young people with disabilities the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed through employment.

Mr. Asbury joined the Foundation in 2003. He directs the foundation to make sure it follows its mission, meets its goals and maintains long-term growth. Mr. Asbury has a B.A. from Albion College and an M.A. from Georgetown University.

Mr. Asbury also serves as the Chairperson of the Leadership Committee of the Youth Transitions Collaborative. The group is a community of more than 45 organizations that share a common mission: to empower youth and young people with disabilities as they enter adulthood and the world of work.

We invite you to join Tad as he talks about tips for young adults with disabilities and the National Youth Transitions Collaborative. Register online at http://www.choosework.net/wise or call 1-866-968-7842 (V) or 1-866-833-2967 (TTY).
